​2024-2025 Season - Athlete Registration

Please fill out form linked below to register your athlete for the 2024/2025 season. One form must be submitted for each athlete. 

Age groups are based on the birth year.  The following are the birth years for each age group for the 2024/2025 season:

U8: 2017 or 2018
U10: 2015 or 2016 
U12: 2013 or 2014
U14: 2011 or 2012 
U16: 2009 or 2010 
U18/21: 2004 to 2008
