​2022-2023 Season - Athlete Registration Form

Please fill out this form to register your athlete for the 2022/23 Season.  At this time we are estimating the base registration fees for 2022-2023 are $1350, this includes 35 days on snow training as well as all pre-season Dry Land training sessions

Age groups are based on the birth year.  The following are the birth years for each age group for the 2022-2023 season:

U8: 2015 or 2016
U10: 2013 or 2014 
U12: 2011 or 2012
U14: 2009 or 2010 
U16: 2007 or 2008 
U18/21: 2002 to 2006 (Please indicate in the message box for the Full, Half or Quarter send program)
